Why should I have a lighting experience at my venue?
Every shop has decorations, every mall has a Christmas tree, and Santa can be found on every corner.
A musical lighting experience is the investment that makes your venue stand out above all the rest.
The holidays are the time when people come together to eat, party, and shop together. A musical lighting experience turns
your domain into a holiday wonderland, a unique arena with plenty of holiday cheer to pass around, giving guests and shoppers of all ages an extra reason to pick your venue over another.
Most venues already put up decorations and already play holiday music; Some even have falling snow.
Why not put all three together and make magic?
How is this different from traditional, concert lighting?
Typically in concert lighting, lights are used to focus audience attention on the stars of the show.
In a L.M.M. lighting experience, the lights are the stars. Nothing inspires more awe than a Christmas tree bursting into light or a storefront magically coming alive in illuminated “dance.”
The lights dance???
Absolutely! While the lights themselves may not move physically, the behind-the-scenes hardware and software allows us to choreograph the “stars of the show” to flash, chase, fade
and twinkle; effectively mesmerizing the audience.
Note: Some DMX lights do physically move. Ask us for details!
How long does a show typically run?
This is by client preference. Typically the lights perform 1 song every 15 minutes or 3 to 5 songs every hour. The lights are generally viewable for 6 to 8 weeks, premiering mid-November/early December and closing within the first 2 weeks of January. What technology are you using? DMX?
We are proud to be using the same technology as Disney, which is DMX compatible. We use specialized light sync software to program dimmer packs that manipulate the electric current to provide the effects we desire. This same software can be used to synchronize intellegent lights and other DMX machines. Our show scheduling software/hardware setups allow the productions to run on schedule, completely unattended, and always perfectly in sync.
Your front page said something about “scenting” and “snow” technology. Explain?
We are proud to announce the next step in enveloping audiences into the experience: scents and snow!
The concept is simple, the effect is mouth-watering and magical.
We strategically (and discretely) place a special aroma-creating machine and, in a few minutes, your entire venue smells sweet with peppermint, cinnamon or any other scent you can think of. Available for indoor and outdoor venues, it’s the best way to entice guests to enjoy a bite or cup of whatever you happen to be offering.
Next, we position artificial snow-makers on the roof or on a light pole so at the perfect moment your venue becomes a winter wonderland!

Where can you create a show?
While we are based in California, our national development team allows us to design productions anywhere in the world! We can design light shows for theme parks, Christmas trees, malls, churches, entertainment centers, store fronts, your local “Main Street” and more!
When should I start thinking about a show?
March through June is the best time to contact us for Christmas productions. For all other events, we recommend you contract with us at least three months before opening night.
I already have lights and/or a tree. Can you use them?
Yes! We can create magic on your existing tree.
Lights are a little more difficult to integrate but give us a call so we can discuss more!
Just curious . . . what is the largest project you have ever worked on?
In 2010, we partnered with Barrango INC. to present the Arbol De Gallo, the largest artificial foliage Christmas tree in the world. It held 1.5 million lights and was synchronized to 12 festive songs.
55,000 people attended opening night with another 1.5 million watching on national television.
Executives told us they had double the turnout from their previous non-dancing tree lighting.
Commissioned by Gallo Beer, the tree is located in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
